Who can use the service?
It is available to tenants who are under 60 years of age and who are also in receipt of housing benefit and / or disability living allowance. With one exception the service isn't available to tenants who are over 60.


How do I book a job?
To use the handy person service all you need to do is phone our usual repair reporting number 01895 556600. The service operates 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We will make an appointment to suit you. We will carry out the job within five working days of you requesting it, although normally we expect to do it quicker than this – it will depend on how many jobs we have on.
