Age UK Hillingdon Active Ageing Group

This Group works in collaboration with Ruislip Manor Methodist Church to help you keep fit and active in mind and body.

The group meets on Tuesday afternoon between 1.30-3.30pm at the Ruislip Manor Methodist Church, Torrington Road, Ruislip Manor. HA4 OAS.

The group can accommodate up to 20 people at each meeting and priority is given to people living in the Ruislip area.

The atmosphere is friendly and activities include: exercises, quizzes, games, arts and crafts, talks and organised walks.

Day Centres enable older people to remain in the community by maintaining or improving the quality of life of the older person - or their carer - through social contact and therapeutic activities. Specialist day centre providing a service to those over 65 with mild to moderate dementia 3 days per week and those under 65 with dementia 2 days per week.
