Hillingdon Mind

Hillingdon Mind’s Services include: Information, advice and support for Hillingdon people with mental health problems; a Befriending Scheme that offers support to people isolated because of a mental health problem (training is accredited through the Open College Network); a free counselling service to Hillingdon people on a low income; a range of social clubs, drop-ins and activities; local Mental Health Handbook. Hillingdon MIND runs a number of clubs which provide companionship, fun, information, practical advice, and enable those who are lonely or depressed, or have mental health problems, to make new friends in the area. They also run a variety of subsidised outings.
