Hillingdon Carers

Hillingdon Carers support people of all ages, including children and young people, who care on an informal, unpaid basis, for a relative, partner, friend or neighbour who is frail, has a disability or a long term illness. They provide information on a range of issues and services available to carers and cared-for. They can advise on welfare benefit entitlements and will assist with claims. They also undertake advocacy/representation; provide emotional support and opportunities for carers to take breaks by organising arts courses, social events, support groups and training programmes.
