Disability, according to the World Health Organization, is " umbrella term, covering impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. An impairment is a problem in body function or structure; an activity limitation is a difficulty encountered by an individual in executing a task or action; while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations.
If you watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV you must, by law, be covered by a TV Licence, no matter what device you're using. If you are blind or severely sight impaired you can claim a 50% discount on the cost of your television licence. If you are 75 years or over you are eligible for a free TV Licence for your main home. You will need a separate licence for your second home or any other address where you are staying regularly such as holiday home.
